Canadian Royal Heritage Education
The Canadian Royal Heritage Institute’s education division awards the Eugene Forsey Essay Prize for university, college or high school students, in honour of Canada’s renowned constitutional expert, the Hon. Eugene Forsey (1904-1991). The programme is administered locally by the several branches of the Institute. Further information may be found at The Eugene Forsey Prize tab on this website.
Educational reference information for university, college and high school students may be found at the Discovering Canada’s Monarchy, On The Library Shelf and Canadian Books On The Crown tabs of this website and through requesting assistance directly from the Education Co-ordinator of the Institute.
The “Red Box” educational kit for elementary school students is being developed by the division and will soon be available on this website as well.
The education division also supports the Shakespeare On The Platform competition organised by the Toronto-Hamilton Branch of the English Speaking Union of Canada, which is affiliated with the Canadian Royal Heritage Trust.
